All Live Animal Purchases Are Final Animals are sold as pictured unless otherwise noted. All live animal purchases are final. Orders must be paid in full before they are shipped. Animal orders that have not been shipped cannot be canceled/refunded unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties. No refunds will be provided unless an animal is DOA (dead on arrival) and there is no animal available of equal value for replacement. In the case of a DOA, we must be contacted with photographic evidence within 2 hours of delivery.
The customer is responsible for bringing in the animal inside (a home) to a reasonable temperature controlled environment (68F-78F) once it is delivered. The customer is responsible for picking up the animal at the UPS/Fedex facility the morning of delivery (If both parties agreed to have it held at the facility). If the animal shipped was not brought in the house or picked up from the facility within 15-30 minutes of delivery we are no longer held responsible for the conditions the animal arrives in.
We are NOT to be held responsible for any mistakes/delays caused by FEDEX, UPS, USPS or ANY other delivery service.
